I have no idea why WordPress is insisting Erica wrote this. Not that it’s a huge deal, but Erica, no you are not in fact posting things without realizing you’re doing so. Apparently WP just really likes you.

I haven’t used WP in a while, but I recall there being a “Post As” dropdown that would mysteriously fail to match the current user sometimes. I suspect it’s related to roles, but never got around to investigating.
Yeah, that’s exactly what’s going! The others have different “roles” than me, but I’m the administrator, so I assumed I had total dictatorial authority. That was the intention, anyway.
WordPress isn’t my CMS of choice, but it works better out of the box, which is what I needed for this.
I just saw this posted on Skepchick! I’m the president of the newly founded Ohio University Skeptic Society, and if only we’d known a few days earlier we’d find a way to come up and hang out with you guys. Unfortunately everyone we know that lived in Columbus or went to OSU has graduated and moved. But hopefully we’ll make it next time.
